When I'm bein' fired upon on the surface by British warships or in fact ANY allied warship I hear the voices of the enemy crew in GERMAN ... same voice loop as my deck gun crew

If you're using the deck gun sound P09_$gun_muzzle_flash.wav from the Command and Combat mod, this sound is also used for Allied Deck guns and the K-guns, That's why you hear German voices when they fire. Other than renaming the "new" deck gun sound and assigning it to only the German deck gun, I don't know of a way to avoid this.
