LOL I've GOT a surge protector for the PC and the room plus trip switches in the main box for the house! That's what peeves!
It's supposed to have an equipment warranty on it so I'll be testing that when I know what the Butchers bill is.
The weird thing is that only one of the 3 circuits in the house got hit but none of the trips got triggered and all of the other equipment connected to the SP works (monitors, printer, scanner modems etc). The reason I know only one circuit got hit was that none of the digital clocks that were on the other two circuits was flashing when I got home but the one clock on the same circuit as my rig was flashing. Don't ya just love when electricty becomes unpredictable?:hmm:

It's supposed to be one of the best on the market and I bought it specifically because of the unlimited warranty. Claiming will be interesting.
