I have a copy on DVD that someone sent me several years ago. I don't know anything about the legalities or who holds the copywrite (if any), so I don't feel comfortable just making copies; but if anybody can find out for me, well...
I wish I could find that YouTube link, but if it's not there anymore then there may well be a copywrite problem.
