Don't get me wrong, I am a
HUGE suporter of Team Speak since it works with
ANY game. But, X-Fire has the feature of "seeing" a friend online and you CAN interupt him/her in ANY game and say "Hey, meet me here" It is also another way of "spying" on what your buddies are doing - now - game wise. For example let's say they are goofing off in a game of Hearts, you can text chat or "speak" to him/her - now because you know what game they are in and using. It also has a neat feature of "seeing" what TeamSpeak server your friend is on. You right click on your friends name, pick from the menu "Join TeamSpeak Server" and bingo! You are with your friend because it auto-starts TS and connects you to the TS Server they are on.
If they are working at home in MS Word, you will never know they are using Word [because it's not a game] but you still have an option of bugging them. I don't know why but some people get p.o.'d when you bug them when they are working on something. :p
