Not sure which "zoomed in" effect you mean. Do you run GWX? I modified the GWX cameras.dat file, and didn't zoom in one single camera IIRC, though I zoomed several of them out.
At any rate, you need to get minitweaker and edit cameras.dat to change the zoom levels.
