I have nothing against consoles but it sucks how everything has become consolified. I even stopped reading game reviews entirely, all my recommendations I get from forums.
I see how my friends have changed. In the 90s they used to come to my place so we could play Panzer General, Aces of the Deep, etc. Now they have Playstations and Wii's and use them to play ****ty games on plasma TVs. Well, they also have wifes and kids, which I have not
Thats why I am saying what little influence I have I will not use to help the consoles. I do this for instance with my nephews, trying to make them feel uncool if they think about owning a console.
