If the Add On is to be a retail purchase, then they would not be permitted to take ROW and use it without negotiating with the modder or someone authorized by him. Although Dave would happily have given them ROW for nothing in order to help others, I think it unlikely that Ubisoft's legal department would authorize inclusion of software that was not created in house. |
