I read this in books all the time, battle stations surface, etc. Just finished Red Scorpion, USS Rasher. Just about every chapter you could find this said by the skippers. |
I remember in Thunder Below, Fluckey said he was delighted to be the first submariner to give the order, "Battle Stations Rockets!"
