There is no official no-cd patch for SH3, and even discussing about "unofficial" no-cd patches/fixes/cracks/whatever here is not allowed. Some time ago, a petition was signed for UBi to release an official no-cd patch, as apparently some retail version of the game for specific countries came already with it, but nothing has come out of that, and porting the exe from one of those version to your own one is doubtfully legal.
