I clocked the game my self the other day.
From Windows I start with ShCom.
To Gamemenu: aprox. 2-3min.
From gamemenu to commandroom about the same: 2-3min.
I run a AMD X2 4400+, GF7900GTX, 2Gig Ram.
Hell of a long time loading but well worth it!
