This all seems a little strange to me. In Australia, the party picks the leader from it's own ranks of elected politicians. The Public only has to vote when an election is called ( the same as the U.K., but it's compulsary to vote here).
It just seems to drag on and on in the U.S. It's still a year from the election and we're getting coverage of it here in Australia. Are we now allowed to vote for the next Prez of the U.S.A. Can't you come up with something quicker???? At least we don't get the T.V. ad's!
