I Proceed at 2/3 ahead for best legs in the crossing.
when on station I use what I would normally use minus
one setting in order to keep tactical flexibility as much
as possible to the end of the patrol.
during the last week on station its free havoc on
maneuver but during the first two or three its
tea totaller time except when in contact with the
enemy.
the good news is 8192 time compression to make
up the differences in time and distance.
a two thirds ahead transit from midway refueling
though is what makes it bearable on station.
