Anvart, you are correct, that is the SV radar antenna. It is similar but significantly larger than the late war SJ-1 antenna.
The object names are not always correct
but those are not supposed to be seen by the public. The confusion is based on a wrongly labeled drawing in a book.
The actual SS antenna is relatively small and looks "identical" to the early - non slotted - SJ radar antenna. Not modelled but I guess you could make a "clone". The SS appeared after the war so it was not one of our targets.
The rest of the devices mentioned are just there to help recreate the look of US submarines going through wartimes changes.
