I've already discovered something about this mod using the Generic Mod Enabler. I use the LWAMI mod. The oil rig fix mod doesn't seem to work at all if you put it in the mod list below LWAMI. The oil rig fix mod only works when it's first in the list and LWAMI is seccond.
