This is an easy process that anyone could search on the net for and implement. If you would have Windows 2003 or 2000 server and apply the batch file to the group or individual policy, things would happen automatically during user logon.
I might suggest that as a computer company, that you ditch the aol email account and use the email addy provided to you by your ISP...companies will take you more seriously.
Lastly, with your website, you've got one item that catches my attention regarding your menu. A simple HTML programming issue of your 'services' link is always highlighted.
