Okay if you want (or already have) the "SCAF1.1 _w_Nomo_Chrono_btrScopes" Mod, go into that MOD folder and in there to the Data\Menu\Gui\Layout folder and replace (after backing up, just in case) the "betterscopes_attack.dds" file with the file of the same name which you can download here at Filefront:
