Okay...I solved my problem:
In the "SCAF1.1 _w_Nomo_Chrono_btrScopes" MOD, I replaced the "betterscopes_attack.dds" file with the 2RTR periscope file of my choosing (Periscope_Mask_1024.dds) which I simply renamed as "betterscopes_attack.dds".
Then I enabled just the "SCAF1.1 _w_Nomo_Chrono_btrScopes" Mod, and I now have that Mod's features but with the 2RTR scope!....just the way I wanted it! I don't have to enable the 2rtr MOD itself, at all.
Maybe I should become a MODer???
