I see some impressive action reports but I'm a little surprised to see neutral shipping being sunk. Okay, the Prize Ordinance Regulations are complicated but U-Boat warfare shouldn't be unrestricted, or am I one of the few who cares? But then again, its just a game...

(If you happen to have it, note a short remark in "Handbuch für U-Bootskommandanten" from 1942, point 303/p. 78, that steamers should be inspected for neutrality marks. Not even at this stage of the war can we, at least in theory, talk about unrestricted naval warfare.)
