open
Data1.cab or
Data11.cab [e.g. by
WinRAR] from your
SH3 setup DVD, sort the files by name, look for file
_43D029BC6A1A491EB313F516F3BA2228, extract it to
...\data\Misc\ folder and rename it to
UMark.tga.
Done.
