File your looking for, i believe is data/menu/cfg/ordersbar.cfg
As i recall, all i did was remark the buttons out. re enabeling them should be a snap.
I would encourage you to play without the unit camera though. Its just my opinion, but nott having it adds a degree of uncertainty that puts some of the surpise and edge of your seat thrills back in the game.
