Wow. I can't say I've seen it around here (there's a similar ban in place in Ontario), but I wonder if that idea might come here too.
Less likely though. I know local authorities often push the ban to be even harsher; I know in many places you're not supposed to smoke within 10m of the entrance; here in Ottawa there's been a recent by-law passed that you can't smoke within something like a 10m radius of a bus stop even
