Clinton was barely
acquitted in the Senate. He was found guilty in the House before it went to the Senate, and was duly impeached in the House. That is forever logged in the House of Rep's records. Read Clinton's words below for yourself after all of the proceedings:

He sounds pretty resigned, acknowledges wrongdoing, and was pretty much disgraced as a President from that point on. Oh yeah, and he was disbarred. Sorry about that.
