As a Canadian I feel like I'm able to answer this question honestly .. I don't know. But I was curious so I looked it up on the internet. As indicated in the linkie provided and the little snippet that I have here .. NO .. you can't mail beer to canada.

Inside Canada to send beer to someone else in canada. You can bet that guarantees that no one outside can send in.
