Maybe there aren't enough shelters to house everyone. I don't know much about Germany but maybe they need to spend more money on their less fortunate citizens. We all need a hand from time to time. |
Stealing is stealing. It is not yours, don't take it. It is not the fault of the owners that this man doesn't have a place to sleep. Maybe he should try asking next time. I'm sure he would get support then.
