CC. Was hoping it might still be broken in SH4

. I'm looking for a way to get true friendlies to attack a player. (I can make a new country with friendly units that otherwise looks the same, but that's not what I'm after (SH4)). I want "Don't worry, it's the Army Air Corps! Why are they diving at me? CRASH DIVE! Blub, blub, blub... BOOM!"

Actually, I have a solution that will work after a fashion already, but it can get ugly.
