I won't lie, this has also been my worst year ever. Barely kept it together this year. I actually lost someone too, to what now almost certainly appears to be an unsolved (and unlikely-ever-to-be-solved) murder. Don't feel like going into detail, to be honest.
But staying with the positive - I think my best moment this year was finally going over to the other side of the classroom and running the show all on my own (I ran a series of workshops for freshman classes, which is my first direct teaching experience - and I have to admit, I'm only all the more convinced that teaching's what I want to do in life
)
