Never seen that in testing...
But then I hardly ever use the Flaggen thing because I've been playing and sight-identifying those flags at long range in the dark for so long now that I know them by heart....
Besides....they're all out to get me, even the neutrals, trying to ram me with their enormous Tankers when all I wanted was to borrow a cup of sugar....
