I saw your thread yesterday, there is
a file you can delete that I believe will fix this for you, I am just not sure where that file is, however I did
see a post about this quite awhile ago, but can't find it. I think it is located in the misc folder
You could always
back up that entire folder and try removing a file and running a single mission to see if it does the trick. This would take time but that is part of modding
