Merged Campaign:
This is the main Atlantic, Black Sea & Indian Ocean campaigns merged into one. So if you don't mind the extra loading time you can use this mod. Otherwise, if you transfer to the Black Sea or Indian Ocean, you must enable to relevant optional mod after you have transfered.

Or do what I did during the early testing stages, namely, forget to enable anything and post warnings about lack of air and sea activity
