I use shoot exclusively, never play without it.

I am not even sure how to adjust my speed manually anymore - I think it's the number keys, but for years now I have been saying

"All ahead one third" "All Stop"

You can do some really creative stuff with the profile files -

For instance - When I say "I'm going to bed" it takes me to the Kpt's Bed and puts time compression on max (32 for me).

I also like "Play a Record" "Dive the Boat" "Open Tube 1" is a good one too.

I would be happy to email anybody my profile - but I have edited it significantly for my personal use - but if you PM me your email address I will send.

Again, I wouldn't play without it. Although I can't tell you how many times my wife has scolded me about it.

About a year ago she snuck up behind me in my office - lights out, scrawling out firing solutions with a red lense flashlight - and I shouted "Dive! Dive! Dive!" (emergency dive).

She said "you really need to take a hard look at yourself and reevaluate your behavior".

Not bad advice. Of course, that was a year ago - still working on the reevaluation.
