Well I think I have a 1.0 beta (so to speak I have used it with JSGME and found no bugs) Like I said in the previous post the insignia needs some work but atleast i have them all in blue now, I think I'm going to try to post a pic here, and eventually I will learn how to make it available for download (if anyone wants it)
