I have exactly the same thing, the red bar fills up completely but nothing seems to happen.
This is normal....what I do is watch the HDD led like a hawk (or do what danlisa said
) eventually it will start doing stuff and you'll get the not so long ago... screen
The discrepancy between the red bar and the actual loading of the game is greatest when you start the game the first time, after that it will return to normal
don't get discouraged mate, there's a fat tanker with your name on it out there
