And here i just assumed everyone would have noticed this. *shrug* Think of JSGME as being unix like in its syntax.

ls -al /usr/local/Mod/somefile.upc

is not the same as

ls -al /usr/local/mod/SomeFile.upc

They are infact, totally different.
