i also have never seen a stand alone fix, or any combined mod that contained a fix for the free camera hight issue for 1.2 or 1.3 game version.

i have used the mini tweaker to change the cameras.dat "MaxHeight" from 70 to 100, 1000, and even 10,000 to no effect so something else is limiting how high the free cam can go, its not the maxheight setting. none of the other freecam settings made any difference where you set them as far as how high the freecam goes.

when sh4 first came out the maxheight fix was posted and it worked, for some reason it no longer worked in patched version 1.2 or 1.3 version.

if it is now "fixed" in 1.4 so the maxheight setting will once again have an effect on the freecam height then this is something new.
