Agreed, I like this way of doing things.
A little known fact, while the game awarded you for reaching & patrolling your assigned grid, it NEVER awarded you any renown for manually returning to port.:rotfl:Bet you lot didn't know that.
During testing & the decision of making this change, multiple patrols were made in SH3 1.0 to 1.4b & all incarnations of the GW mod lineage. We honestly thought we'd broke it but found that it never worked.
