I think I've got you beat =)
Here in Seattle, we had some pretty bad weather 5 days ago. We lost power and my computer got fried at some point during the following power surge (yes, it was hooked up to a surge protector)...
I've spent my free tiem the past few days trying to figure out what the heck is buggered. I think I have narrowed it down to either my motherboard or power supply. An LED illuminates on the motherboard when the power supply is plugged in, but I simply cannot get the power supply to start. Ugh!
So, I pieced together my old Shuttle SN41G2V2, Athlon 2000, Radeon 9800 and put a gig of RAM in the sucker. Then, had to reinstall Vista (
) and deal with the intermittent internet outtages that occur due to my old POC shuttle network card (double
).
Basically, it's been a crazy few days, but I managed to get my hands on GWX 2.0 today. Had about ten minutes just now to try it out. And, realize how much I miss my x1980
Oh well, back to work now. GWX dev team, congrats on a successful launch. I'm sure I'll get some time to do a patrol or two sometime soon and I'll let yall know what it is like.
