You wouldn't happen to remember what files it listed as changed? For example screenshots are always listed there. Once I also renamed sh4.exe to fear.exe hoping to get crossfire working, then started the game, ran it for while, exited the game and renamed the exe back to original. After this JSGME report EVERY gamefile as modified
