It's not just the gameplay, but there's quite a few graphical improvements and details that arent in OFP nor ArmA. Things like better tracers, openable hatches and moving parts on pretty much every vehicle etc.

Ok well yeah, that's a bit annoying but hey, I would add more stuff into a game if it sold for several hundred dollars a copy too.
