The cost of ink/printer cartridges is absolutely STUPID!!! 
When I'm sure the manual is 'finalized' (currrently it remains a living document) ... then I will print it out.  |
What I may do once you release the very last final version is to take it to my printers, probably work out a lot more cheaper and faster.
