I also saw Star shells in 1.3 several Destroyers used them when i ambushed a convoy first i thought i was being lit up by searchlights then i realised my mistake pretty quickly! 4000+ mtrs searchlights dont work so good... starshells on the other hand are a right pain

I believe a few modders recently were trying to do a mod where the starshells would be available for use on the subs... i've not been keeping current does anybody know if this was achieved? i know i can see the ammo types and amounts in S3D as i've altered the xml file so its pretty easy to alter standard ammo amounts or see what should be available on each gun might even have a little tinker myself.
