Ok everyone. Here is the next version for testing purposes. I labeled it alpha because this isn't the final version. Need everyone's opinions on this version. I am also looking at ways to re-enable the sound man voice warnings.
Also a big thanks to
skwasjer for releasing his awesome SH3 and SH4 modding tool. Saves me lots of time.
Depth Charge Drop Splash Warning v1.01a alpha for Silent Hunter 4 v1.4
Changes in v1.01a alpha:
-fixed secondary sound problem
-splash sounds are now more muffled. Hopefully sounds like you are really hearing it while underwater now.
-slightly increased volume due to using muffled splash sound file
