I'm running patch 1.4/TM 1.7.1/Prolonged DC Attack and I just had the same problem. Wasn't a problem before and I've been attacked but this time a Task Force didn't react to my presence at all... I was even firing my deck gun at the destroyers and they ignored me even after I landed a couple hits from 3000 yards. And then I went to leave the scene, got out to about 6000 yards, excelerated time and rammed into the desk top (ctd).

Investigation is Warranted
