I have been going through the same gyrations and have installed the following:
REL_Trigger_maru_1-7.7z
TMaru_Patch_1.7.1.7z
RSRDC_P1_TM-v114.7z
NSM3.3_hardcore_torpedo_md.zip

Patch v1.4 compatible versions of all the aforementioned files can be found in their respective threads...

Now, when it comes to ROW, I have to be selective because some of the ROW texture mods impact my framerate so my loadout wouldn't necessarily be the same as yours. The general advise is you can install just about any ROW mod WITH THE EXCEPTION of the ROW_Sky_and_Ocean_controls.rar file. There are known conflicts there.

My advise concerning ROW, install ROW mods one-at-a-time and test as you go. If you find a conflict, I would certainly post in the appropriate forum along with a screen shot of the issue and a shot of your JSGME panel if you can.

BTW, I'm also installing some of the other mods like Peto's Prolnged_DC_Attack and Depth_Charge_Drop_Splash and will post a screen shot of my JSGME panel when I get further along.
