Flag4, open the .png file in any paint program, then simply save it as a JPEG file. Many paint/photoshop programs also offer some kind of control how much JPEG compression you want to employ, but simply saving the pic as JPEG will do.

The .png pics don't cause problems per se, it's simply a chore watching a 1+MB pic load (especially from a slow host like imageschack), when the same pic as JPEG will load pretty much instantly.
