Ok guys I have just got done scrutinizing and reworking this mod because halfway through my Virgin Hot-Sub-Rod voyage I noticed that there was an annoying re-curring pop every 4.45 seconds (the length of the file) when I got close to the sub underwater...It was not looping correctly

So back to the drawing board on that one...I re-did everything, some at a higher sample rate (44100kHz, instead of 22050kHz regular) for the underwater engine sound and got a sample that looped flawlessly, had more depth, and sounds great!
