WWII - there are a number of them (black and white) be easier to type in WWII Submarine movies in amazon - they are all cheap generally under 12 dollars US. One of my favroites is "Operation Petticoat" with Cary Grant. Cold War - try Ice Station Zebra - pretty good overall. Also try the BEDFORD Incident with Richard Whidmark - really good starts slow but builds nicely. Other than that the standard fare of Red October and the ultimate BS of CRIMSON Turd (Tide) lol.
