Many BIOS will only display one optical drive in the actual boot order list. This is normal. Generally there is a different location in your BIOS where you actually select which optical drive shows up in the boot order list, this location should show both your optical drives in it. In other words you cannot set it to scan 'both' optical drives to boot from when starting up, just one or the other.
