Yes.
Previously. They are a living museum, seen that way. They even display inqusisition-style of acchievements. Looking at them, we look into our past.
Anyone wanting to book a trip back? It's not expensive, but it is cheap: converting is free.
Colonization and that way having the tourist ressort coming to you, on the other hand will cost you all you have. There are better ways to spend your holidays, not to mention your children's future.
