Whoops! I initially gave a link to maneuveringboard instructions. That usually contains a nomograph, but I should read better.
Draw a line across the nomograph (or just overlay a straight piece of paper/ruler) so it intersects any two
known numbers that represent Time, Speed or Distance on their particular scale. The third unknown value of the three (time, speed, or distance) is also intersected.
