Bit of synchronicity going on here LOL. Last night I was hounded for 1 hour 50 minutes by three destroyers in 90 metres of water. I did the usual routine and was surviving but just wasn't loosing them at all.

So after I had amde a small turn I went to the seabed and they couln't locate me.

But as mentioned in an earlier post, I think I'll be doing this as a last resort.

Regarding this (sorry if I'm hijacking the thread!), do escorts ever expend all their depth charges or have they limitless quantities??

And is their perseverance ever affected by the convoy sailing away from them unguarded while they hunt you??
